I Only Received Part Of My Order:
Depending on the products & size of your order, different pieces may arrive at different times as they are produced. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment as they ship.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for stolen packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier. If a problem arrises, House Hathaway will contact the carrier to verify that the order was shipped to the correct address, but customers are responsible for contacting the local authorities to report missing packages. We are not liable for stolen packages and will not issue a replacement or refund of the stolen items
