FAQ & Return Policy
We do not accept returns.
However, if you received a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us within 30 days from the date you placed your order so we can replace it for you. You can reach us at hello
@househathaway.com. Please include order number and photos of the damage or defect.
If there was an error in production that we determine to be our fault, we will replace the item at no charge to you.
Due to our automated process, orders go into immediate production. Once your order has been submitted, it is not possible to cancel.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for stolen packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier. If a problem arrises, House Hathaway will contact the carrier to verify that the order was shipped to the correct address, but customers are responsible for contacting the local authorities to report missing packages. We are not liable for stolen packages and will not issue a replacement or refund of the stolen items
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
Upon purchase, we immediately send your order into direct manufacturing. Once shipped, we will update you with a tracking number. It usually takes 14 business days for your order to arrive on your doorstep.
I Only Received Part Of My Order:
Depending on the products & size of your order, different pieces may arrive at different times as they are produced. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment as they ship.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently ship free to the 48 contagious states, and offer $10 Flat Shipping (for art) to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
